Welcome to ScentML. By placing an order on scentml.com you agree to the following terms.

Our products: All perfume decants sold by ScentML are filled from 100% genuine original bottles. We do not sell fake or counterfeit fragrances. Each decant is carefully filled and sealed by hand.

Orders: Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Pricing: All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Shipping: We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Damaged goods: If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with a photo at hello.scentml@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Privacy: We collect only the information needed to process your order. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
