Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ScentML.

Due to the nature of perfume decants and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used vials.

However we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged items: If your vial arrives broken or leaking please send us a photo by email and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong perfume or wrong size please contact us immediately and we will resolve it quickly.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that the order may already be packed and shipped.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
