Shipping Policy — ScentML
Where we ship: We ship to all EU countries including Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Finland.
Processing time: All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times:
- EU countries: 3-7 business days
- Norway and Switzerland: 5-10 business days
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping on all orders over €20
- Standard shipping under €20: calculated at checkout based on your location
Tracking: Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel online.
Packaging: All vials are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days please contact us at hello.scentml@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs: For EU orders there are no customs fees. All shipments are sent from Denmark within the EU.
